Offering outside brokers fees ensures that each property is being marketed to the highest number of brokers, tenants and buyers. Simply put, we share fees because it is in the best interest of our clients.

We know what you’re thinking. Don’t all brokerage firms cooperate?
Typically, brokers market a property to all of their buyers or tenants because that gives them the opportunity to represent both parties in the transaction. Though this is not an uncommon practice in commercial real estate, representing the buyer and seller can at times limit the buyer pool. Ultimately, this limited exposure results in profit loss for sellers because they are not receiving as many offers as they could if their property were to be openly marketed.
